Job Description

  • Own all plans and strategies for achieving the company’s business development goals, particularly in relation to expanding our broker partnerships and getting them onboard our platform
  • Owning and hitting/exceeding quarterly sales targets
  • Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reachout, onboarding, activation, and expansion
  • Evangelize the product and personally close deals
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Work collaboratively across teams – including Engineering, Product and Marketing

 

Requirements

  • 8 years of relevant experience in broker partnerships (particularly in group health or employee benefits, will be a plus) at insurance companies
  • Demonstrable experience as sales executive, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Flexibility and collaborative attitude to work in a startup environment
  • Can do attitude and obsession for deliverables, timelines and follow-up
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesian (Read, Speak, Write, Listen)
  • Fast learner and self-motivated and self-starter
