Job Description
- Own all plans and strategies for achieving the company’s business development goals, particularly in relation to expanding our broker partnerships and getting them onboard our platform
- Owning and hitting/exceeding quarterly sales targets
- Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reachout, onboarding, activation, and expansion
- Evangelize the product and personally close deals
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Work collaboratively across teams – including Engineering, Product and Marketing
Requirements
- 8 years of relevant experience in broker partnerships (particularly in group health or employee benefits, will be a plus) at insurance companies
- Demonstrable experience as sales executive, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Flexibility and collaborative attitude to work in a startup environment
- Can do attitude and obsession for deliverables, timelines and follow-up
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesian (Read, Speak, Write, Listen)
- Fast learner and self-motivated and self-starter
