About the Role: We are looking for a driven Director of Finance to oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and treasury, contributing strategically with strong leadership and extensive experience in Indonesian business.

Job Description:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all financial activities of the organization.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
  • Oversee the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
  • Manage all aspects of the accounting function, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and external auditors.
  • Lead the development and execution of financial strategies aligned with the organization’s overall goals.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support informed decision-making.
  • Manage a team of finance professionals and ensure their continuous development.
  • Stay abreast of relevant financial regulations and industry best practices.
  • Represent the organization in financial matters with external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA a plus).
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role within a large organization or multinational company.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing financial strategies.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards (IFRS preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
