Job Description
- Overseeing daily transactions (e.g. accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations)
- Assisting staff members in the preparation of monthly and quarterly accounting reports
- Analyzing financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with generally accepted accounting practices
- Performing reconciliations of general ledger accounts
- Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department
- Monthly reporting to Managers & CFO
- Assisting in Audit Process
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- 3 – 4 years experience in handling general ledger and financial reporting
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skill
- Demonstrated ability to gather and communicate data logically, accurately, and concisely
- Advanced MS Excel skill.
