Job Description

  • Overseeing daily transactions (e.g. accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations)
  • Assisting staff members in the preparation of monthly and quarterly accounting reports
  • Analyzing financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with generally accepted accounting practices
  • Performing reconciliations of general ledger accounts
  • Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department
  • Monthly reporting to Managers & CFO
  • Assisting in Audit Process

 

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  • 3 – 4 years experience in handling general ledger and financial reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skill
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and communicate data logically, accurately, and concisely
  • Advanced MS Excel skill.
