Lead product strategy
- Crafting unique value proposition from initial business ideas, which includes initial ideas validation
- Develop full end to end product roadmap with strong product vision & strategy based on initial business ideas.
- Provide insights into product, service, technology and market trends
- Drive KPIs to ensure product validation and market fit
Execute with excellence
- Ability to create innovative product experimentation and validation strategy on the targeted market
- Effectively prioritize and define product features so that Engineering and Design can collaboratively build and execute
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment
- Lead make or buy decisions to drive growth & user engagement
Be the voice of the Customer
- Be the primary point of contact for users, customers and stakeholders within overall value chain
- Share insights from understanding of user personas, pain points & customer journeys
Requirements
- 5+ year experience in product management
- Startup leadership experience (3+ years building/managing product, design engineering teams)
- Excellent leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated experience launching products from ground up, with strong prioritisation & requirement trade off expertise
- Extensive knowledge of local market with depth of understanding of the customer
- Strong background in agile & lean methodologies
- The ability to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding and service-oriented environment
- A diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuition
- Ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal communication
