Job Description
- Leading the planning, implementation, and evaluation of organizational development, including the learning and development function
- Designing and delivering OD strategies, processes, and interventions that support the company’s ambition to be a high-performing organization
- Supporting specific performance improvement initiatives, e.g implementation of a new behavioral competency framework, 360 degrees feedback, etc.
- Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods
- Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
- Track and report on training outcomes
- Assist/support the training needs assessment process for new and existing employees
- Organize, develop, or source training programs to meet specific training needs
- Develop training aids such as presentation materials, handouts, and workbooks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management.
- Have 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably working in the F&B Industry
- Ability to apply learning principles in training design, presentation, teaching, and evaluation methods
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
- Strong coaching/mentoring skills
- Numeracy and ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data
- Respect for people and committed to high standards & continuous improvement
- Able to act as the agent of change and drive the team to win the competition
