Job Description

  • Leading the planning, implementation, and evaluation of organizational development, including the learning and development function
  • Designing and delivering OD strategies, processes, and interventions that support the company’s ambition to be a high-performing organization
  • Supporting specific performance improvement initiatives, e.g implementation of a new behavioral competency framework, 360 degrees feedback, etc.
  • Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods
  • Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
  • Track and report on training outcomes
  • Assist/support the training needs assessment process for new and existing employees
  • Organize, develop, or source training programs to meet specific training needs
  • Develop training aids such as presentation materials, handouts, and workbooks



  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management.
  • Have 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably working in the F&B Industry
  • Ability to apply learning principles in training design, presentation, teaching, and evaluation methods
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Strong coaching/mentoring skills
  • Numeracy and ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data
  • Respect for people and committed to high standards & continuous improvement
  • Able to act as the agent of change and drive the team to win the competition
