Job Description
- Together with GM Operations and Commercial team, develop monthly Marketing campaign plan and calendar, which also includes monthly promo activities
- Independently plan and execute all digital marketing, including social media, advertising boost, SEO/SEM and marketing database campaigns (email)
- Fully lead the development of Social Media activities (calendar, contents, KOL, ads), which goal is not only to bring awareness and engagement of the brands, yet gives direct impact to the growth of Sales and Orders.
- Together with CMO / Co-Founders, develop Brand Identity, Architecture and Brand Guidelines of the mother brands and the sub-brands
- Conduct research and analyze consumer behaviour, market data and other players’ activities, to identify new opportunities in expanding the business, which include both B2C and B2B opportunities
- Collaborate with Design team to develop attractive and engaging campaigns and communication materials, that will not only create strong awareness yet also leads to strong consumer preference and purchase
- Activate dine-in store by creating engaging consumer activities, which will lead to awareness and transactions
- Manage daily Marketing activities, monthly Marketing spending and overall Marketing performance review of past and ongoing campaigns, as well as, sharing key insights and recommendations for improvements
- Manage daily Social Media & Digital activities (including admin activities), monthly spending and overall Marketing performance review of past and ongoing campaigns, as well as, sharing key insights and recommendations for improvements
- Recommend new food trends and restaurants for us to try on!
Requirements
- A foodie at heart – passionate about food, enjoy eating good food and aware of the latest F&B trends
- From reputable company, with a degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Up to 3-4 years of experience in Marketing, prefer a generalist type of Marketing that is able to do branding, event and digital marketing. A plus point if comes from a F&B-related business
- Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques, and experience in SEM
- Attention in details, highly proactive, critical and analytical thinking, with a can-do and goal-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Up-to-date with the Social Media and Food trend
