Job Description:
- Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance market presence and drive sales.
- Manage and oversee all brand-related activities, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Liaise with internal operations, sales channels, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Conduct regular field visits to gather market insights and ensure brand consistency.
- Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
- Prepare, analyze, and report data using manual systems, providing actionable insights to the senior management.
- Adapt to changing market conditions and internal directives, demonstrating flexibility and proactive problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand management, with a focus on the beverage industry or health-related products.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and marketing ROI calculations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare, analyze, and report data manually.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in both corporate and independent decision-making structures is highly desirable.
