Role: The company is searching for a VP Brand of Partnership with 6+ years’ agency experience, proven success in lead generation and deal closure, strong networking abilities, creative thinking, relationship-building skills, proactive negotiation, and strategic vision, ensuring target achievement in dynamic market environments.

Job Description:

  • Generate high-quality leads consistently to drive revenue growth.
  • Leverage extensive network to identify new business opportunities and potential partners.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify and assess potential prospects.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for closing deals and maximizing revenue.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transition from lead to client.
  • Continuously seek out innovative approaches to business development and partnership building.
  • Demonstrate strong imagination and creativity in problem-solving and strategy development.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets consistently to drive business growth.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and market conditions to inform business decisions.

Requirement : 

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in business development, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals effectively.
  • Extensive network of contacts within relevant industries.
